The Nebraska Commission on Indian Affairs in partnership with the Nebraska State Patrol has finalized plans for a series of community forums to discuss issues related to Missing Native Women and Children in Nebraska. The forums are scheduled from February 11th through the 13th and will held in Omaha, Santee, Winnebago and Macy with additional video conference locations at Ponca service area offices and Western Nebraska at a location to be determined. These sessions are part of research being conducted as directed by Nebraska LB 154 with a final report and recommendations to be submitted to the Nebraska State Legislature by June 1, 2020.https://indianaffairs.state.ne.us/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/Community-Forum-flyer-3.pdf
