NCIA director Judi gaiashkibos was the keynote speaker at the Nebraska Rotary 5650 Regional Conference in Omaha.  In addition to serving as the keynote speaker, gaishkibos was also presented with the Paul Harris Fellowship in honor of her long standing service in support of Native American Issues.
